Partner with cross-functional teams to create and drive user-centered product goals for teen-focused creation and connection experiences on YouTube (e.g., Creatables and GenAI Effects). Execute the design process from ideation to producing polished deliverables (mocks, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes). Manage design work across multiple projects and build strong relationships with Product Managers and Engineering partners, ensuring clear communication of priorities and collaboration. Drive product innovation by guiding the product roadmap through user testing and concept development. Contribute to a constructive UX culture that values critical feedback and strives for design excellence.
