The Opportunity Join the marketing team of a fast-scaling fintech startup as a Performance Marketing Manager focused on accelerating user acquisition and growth. You will lead digital campaigns across Google Search, App campaigns, and key social platforms, while creatively optimizing funnels and improving conversion rates beyond paid media channels. This role offers substantial ownership and keen opportunities for experimentation and impact in a dynamic startup environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to test hypotheses, enhance user journeys, and drive innovative marketing strategies resonating with a young, value-driven audience. The Ideal Candidate
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly app installs and web customer acquisition. Skilled in Google Ads and other paid channels such as Meta and TikTok, with a strong focus on performance metrics like ROAS and CAC. Proficient in data-driven funnel optimization using attribution and analytics tools, plus some familiarity with SQL for data queries. Experienced designing and running A/B tests to improve campaign performance. Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture. Prior experience in fintech or closely related sectors is advantageous but not required. Key Responsibilities
Own planning, execution, and measurement of growth campaigns across paid search, social, and app platforms. Analyze complex marketing funnels and optimize user engagement and conversion rates end-to-end. Define and track KPIs rigorously to inform continual campaign improvements. Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to implement and test marketing hypotheses. Stay current on industry trends and emerging channels to keep the company competitive. The Package
