CVS Health is looking for an experienced Lead - Sr Salesforce Administrator to design and configure platform solutions. The role will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce team, serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce, and bridge business and technology across product domains supporting Salesforce initiatives. This role is open as remote with possible hybrid arrangement depending on proximity to a regional office. Under 10% travel may be required. Responsibilities
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 3500+ users Collaborate with partners and architects to identify scalable Salesforce solutions that address business requirements Help the Salesforce team with declarative configuration changes and declarative development Gatekeeper for when to use declarative configurations vs. programmatic code changes in line with Salesforce guiding principles Partner with product counterparts and non-technical business leaders to translate needs into solutions Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new business requests Improve data quality in the Salesforce org across end-to-end processes Evaluate internal processes and design solutions to improve operational efficiencies Work with 3rd-party vendors to implement new systems and product features Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with best practices Execute configuration changes and participate in new release evaluations and rollouts Perform mass data imports using APIs or import tools as requested Manage and implement customization requests, including process builders, workflows, flows, alerts, and automated email responses Work with developers to refactor existing code toward declarative automation Maintain updated system documentation and SFDC policies and procedures Ensure solutions align with SFDC best practices and organizational principles Lead direction of declarative solutions for all initiatives Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator Salesforce.com Admin (ADM-201) certified Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Understanding of the SDLC process leveraging DevOps tools like Copado / Gearset / Flosum Experience with Service Cloud and Omni-Channel, telephony CTI integrations Experience implementing Contact Centers on Salesforce using NiCE CXone / Five9 Preferred Qualifications
Strong Salesforce Admin skills: user management, workflows/rules, page and custom object configuration, Site and Community configuration Experience with collaboration among Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects and Partners Experience designing outbound auto dialer campaigns and complex inbound routing based on caller criteria Experience implementing and running installed packages and/or connected apps Experience with Salesforce Lightning and custom page layouts per profile Experience in SCRUM/Agile environments and tooling like Jira Proven ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption Strong understanding of the platform to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, and other content Strong data management abilities and knowledge of Salesforce best practices History of driving projects to completion and ability to articulate complex requirements Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $222,480.00. This range represents base pay for all positions in the job grade. Actual base salary offers depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for CVS Health bonuses or incentive programs in addition to base pay. Benefits
