The Team & Role Zuora’s cloud-based software automates subscription order-to-revenue operations in real time for any business. Companies can launch new ventures, shift products to subscription, implement pay-as-you-go pricing and packaging, gain insights into subscriber behavior, and disrupt market segments to gain a competitive advantage. Our Sales team is pivotal to sustaining rapid growth. We are looking for a relationship-focused, outcome-oriented account manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us capitalize on a large market opportunity. As an Enterprise Account Executive, New Business you’ll own the sales motion for large and scaling B2B SaaS accounts, identifying business challenges, acting as a trusted advisor, and converting prospect interest into new Zuora customers. You will lead the sales cycle with a cross-functional team including our customer service team and manage strategy and execution for your franchise. What You’ll Do

Complete Zuora’s in-depth onboarding and sales training to become an expert in Zuora’s messaging, products and services and unique sales approach Develop your own account, territory, and opportunity plans to manage complete and complex sales cycles to drive value and adoption of Zuora’s multi-product portfolio Identify and secure New Business opportunities within your assigned territory Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; identify opportunities and build a pipeline for ongoing growth Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer service teams Accurately forecast profitable and predictable territory performance through adherence to our sales process Advocate for customers’ implementations and maintain satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of any customer service issues Your Experience

8+ years of solution sales experience managing complex SaaS sales cycles with success in New Business motions Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas and revenue goals; ability to engage C-level executives Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and use strategic thinking Strong technical and business acumen with outstanding written and oral communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong computer skills including G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce Bachelor’s degree (sales training methodologies is a plus) Ability to travel when required #ZEOLife at Zuora

The pay range represents the annualized salary range for the posted position and includes a variable component. Final base salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, location, internal equity and budget. Base pay is one element of Zuora’s Total Rewards Package, which may include bonus/variable compensation, equity and comprehensive benefits. Total Compensation (OTE): $156,000—$312,000 USD
