Expand our customer portfolio by aggressively prospecting and developing new client relationships, along with building your Book of Business. Revenue Growth Strategist:

Source and refine additional revenue opportunities within our existing client base, maximizing customer lifetime value. CRM Maestro:

Learn, maintain, and grow your proficiency within our CRM system to effectively manage leads and client interactions. Process Improvement Leader:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive KPI and process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Relationship Builder:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal resources and external clients, ensuring alignment with our high-performance standards. Account Management Expert:

Define and deploy client-specific account management practices that drive growth, expand service offerings, and improve customer retention. Internal Collaborator:

Develop strong and positive relationships with General Managers and operations teams across our Logistics. Transportation Guru:

Possess a deep understanding of transportation systems, including order processing, updates, and claim management. Sales Target Achiever:

Achieve and exceed budgeted volume and revenue targets. Customer Advocate:

Drive customer satisfaction and retention by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Contract Compliance Officer:

Ensure contract compliance, terms, and conditions. Service Expander:

Maintain close customer relationships and cross-sell additional service offerings. Strategic Partner:

Represent us as an indispensable supply chain partner through QBR and annual business reviews. Reporting Specialist:

Collaborate with client leadership to develop customer-specific reporting suites. TMS Proficiency:

Learn and master key aspects of our TMS, including order flow, reporting suite, and operational capabilities. WHAT YOULL BRING Proven Sales Expertise:

Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in 3PL sales and customer service. A Strong Book of Business that will follow you Team Player:

Associate degree (preferred). WHAT WE OFFER Competitive Compensation:

Base salary plus commission (5% for business development and customer sales only with our Operations support, or 15% for cradle-to-grave and managing your own book of business). Comprehensive Benefits:
