Construction Superintendent Job at AEC National Recruiters in Queens

Representing a leader in the construction industry, we have several IMMEDIATE openings:

• Superintendent--experience with building trades, DOB Super's license; NYC/DDC/DOB experience
• Schedulers--ability to read drawings & create activities based on a logical flow of work (NOT data entry)
• MEP Superintendent APM--experienced with HVAC, electrical (Con Ed experience a plus), plumbing, sprinklers

This project includes ALL trades and encompasses both new work and existing occupied space.

• Steel
• Curtain wall
• Masonry
• Carpentry (metal framing and doors & ceiling systems)
• Spray Fire & intumescent
• MEPS
