We're actively seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our leadership team in the Charlottesville/Richmond, VA region. With a strong pipeline of commercial mechanical projects-including healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, and government facilities-you'll have the opportunity to lead high-impact work while collaborating with some of the best in the industry. You won't just manage projects-you'll shape their success from preconstruction through closeout, with the support of an experienced in-house team and trade partners. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead mechanical construction projects (HVAC & plumbing) from kickoff to closeout
• Oversee cost, schedule, manpower, and subcontractor performance
• Perform site walkthroughs and lead coordination meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure quality control, code compliance, and jobsite safety
• Proactively identify challenges and develop smart, timely solutions
• Maintain strong communication with clients, superintendents, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of mechanical project management experience (HVAC and/or plumbing focus)
• A proven track record of delivering complex commercial projects successfully
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction documents, and building codes
• Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Central Virginia
• Proficiency with construction/project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
