Pay: $30 – 40 per hour on W2
Duration: 6 month contact, possible extension
Location: Onsite in Reynoldsburg, OH
Job Description:
Day to Day:
- Team: Sits within the Marketing Operations & Planning team → specifically under PMO (Project Management Office).
- Focus: Classic project management with a marketing lens ,managing timelines, milestones, campaign oversight, project risks, escalations, and cross-functional coordination (marketing, digital, stores, etc.).
- Contract Duration: Through end of year (with possibility of extension into 2026).
- Workflow: Portfolio oversight of campaigns & initiatives, risk escalation, milestone tracking, project management support, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Must haves:
- 2–4 years of project management experience (0–1 yrs considered too junior; 5+ yrs may be considered if open to rate).
- Experience applying PM methodologies, best practices, tools, and change management.
- Strong communication across functions and levels.
Preferred:
- Background in marketing or retail (retail marketing is particularly valued for its fast pace).
- Startup experience for adaptability OR larger enterprise experience for scale , larger orgs preferred but both acceptable.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Excel now, Airtable being explored).
Schedule: Standard business hours, fast-paced environment, especially around campaigns.
Must be authorized to work in the United States
