The Opportunity We are seeking an

experienced Full Stack Developer

who can build scalable applications using

React and Node.js , design robust SQL data layers, and deliver high-quality code through modern CI/CD practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership, and leverages

AI-powered development tools

(Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate workflows.You will be a key contributor across the stack-from

front-end interfaces

and

back-end services

to

database design

and

automated deployments -while collaborating with consultants, data engineers, and leadership to deliver impactful solutions for real estate technology. What You'll Do

Development & Delivery Build responsive, performant web applications with

React

(hooks, state management, UI frameworks). Develop scalable

Node.js APIs and backend services . Design and optimize

SQL databases, schemas, and queries . Implement and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

using GitHub Actions (or similar). Apply

standard development best practices

(clean code, testing, code reviews, documentation). Integrate APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based solutions. Leverage

AI coding assistants

(Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to speed up development and improve code quality. Collaboration & Impact

Partner with consultants and data teams to align technology with client outcomes. Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring

scalability, security, and performance . Share knowledge and mentor junior developers where appropriate. Help evolve CREx's internal frameworks and best practices as we scale. What You Bring

Technical Expertise

3+ years of full stack development experience. Strong proficiency in

React

(hooks, state management, component libraries). Solid experience with

Node.js

for backend development. Advanced skills in

SQL

(schema design, query optimization, stored procedures). Hands-on experience with

CI/CD pipelines

and GitHub workflows. Familiarity with

AI developer tools

(Cursor, Claude Code, etc.). Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus. Mindset & Collaboration

Passion for building

scalable, maintainable, and well-tested

software. Strong problem-solving ability with a growth-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Comfortable working in a
