As a
Customer Service Rep/Assistant Manager
you will assist self-storage customers by renting storage units, collecting customer information, answering customer questions regarding storage units, and take storage rental payments.
From small residential customers to big corporate clients, the dedicated staff at

looks forward to providing convenient storage solutions and a pleasant experience for all.
Job Duties : • Verify storage units are clean and ready for future tenants • Minimize delinquency through collection procedures and customer communication • Assist truck rental customers by setting up reservations, collecting customer information, check in/check out rental trucks, and collect truck rental payments • Verify rental trucks are clean and ready for future customers skills • Ensure accuracy of Penske rental agreements, billing and insurance arrangements and weekly batches

Job Requirements : • 1+ front-facing customer service experience • HS diploma or GED • 1+ sales customer service experience preferred • Valid driver's license
