Shift & Pay

Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:40 PM Pay Range: $22-$26/hr What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle day-to-day tasks, including:

Coordinating logistics with dray providers, ports, and steamship lines Processing inbound and outbound orders Maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple systems Providing excellent customer service and communication support Ensuring documentation and data entry are accurate and up to date Qualifications

Experience with dray providers, port and steamship line online systems Knowledge of inbound/outbound order processing and inventory management Comfortable working in 2 computer systems simultaneously Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with supply chain operations is a plus
