Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Dothan, AL! Are you a multitasker who thrives on helping customers and keeping operations running smoothly? Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a opportunity where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will shine.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hr

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships Handle order entry accurately and efficiently Manage purchasing and receiving, including processing purchase orders Oversee inbound and outbound freight invoices to ensure accurate billing and timely delivery Process inventory invoices and maintain up-to-date system documentation Prepare and submit monthly CCA (Cost Contribution Analysis) and Global Reports Maintain inventory records and assist with replenishment Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and support smooth operations What We're Looking For:

Experience in customer service, purchasing, or inventory management (Purchasing and Receiving experience required) Strong computer and data entry skills Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset Willingness to learn and take on a variety of business operations
