Mobis provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts and accessories, Mobis produces chassis, cockpit, and front-end modules; safety products, including airbags; headlights; anti-lock brake systems and electronic stability control products; steering parts; multimedia systems; UVO systems; injection-molded plastic parts, such as instrument panels, carriers, and bumpers; and steel wheel rims and decks.
Description
The job purpose is divided into two main areas: Admin and Purchasing. In the Admin area, the role involves supporting business operations by managing vendor relationships related to employee travel compliance, providing guidance, and handling credit card reconciliation tasks that arise in the GA team. In the Purchasing area, the role involves supporting the business by managing vendor relationships and maintaining relationships with each PDC admin while carrying out purchasing tasks. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with vendors and PDC admins while providing support to the business.
Key Responsibilities Billing, Account management, Asset/Facility Management -Travel Request, 30% Administration of Corporate card, 10% PR/PO Management, 20% Data Analysis, 10% Assistance with Projects and other duties as assigned by manager, 20% Assigned development training, 10% Key Performance Indicators
Pro-actively identify and resolve potential problems or issues that may impact a program, project or business condition. Critical issues are to be discussed with management for visibility, direction and alternative solutions. Close monitoring on monthly data and be able to seek for possible cost saving opportunities. Work Schedule & Travel Requirements
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air. Required Qualifications
Education Requirements
High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Experience Requirements
4-6 years of related experience in facility/purchasing administrative assistance. Skills
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to work with many levels within the company and external vendors. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. SAP experience is preferred. Employment Type
