About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role focuses on order fulfillment, shipment preparation, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fulfill orders, production tickets, and warehouse transfer tickets by locating items based on bin or part location.
• Identify and prepare items for packaging during order fulfillment.
• Stock packaged and bulk items in designated bin locations.
• Verify and reconcile product and quantity for customer orders.
• Prepare customer orders for delivery via freight companies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, pallet areas, and workstations. Ensure warehouse and work areas are consistently organized.

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of computer systems, measurements, product identification, threads, diameters, and warehouse procedures.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
• Ability to lift 30-65 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse is not climate-controlled).
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
