Overview

Addison Bay is seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support our growing team at ABHQ in Philadelphia. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and warehouse management while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations including e-commerce order fulfillment, store replenishment, returns processing, and wholesale shipments
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked warehouse
• Support inventory management through counting, restocking, and organizing product
• Assist the team with event logistics and seasonal product launches
• Occasionally support customer service with order updates or returns

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic who can work independently at times and take initiative
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting boxes up to 30 pounds
• A team player who is eager to learn and grow within a high-growth retail company
• Previous warehouse, retail, or operations experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right candidate

• Part-time position based in Philadelphia
• Flexible schedule; must be available at least two 8 hour shifts per week
