Warehouse Associate

Restaurant Technologies, a leading provider of innovative bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Our Warehouse Associates coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, loading, maintaining cleanliness, and fleet upkeep.

Job Summary

A Warehouse Associate is responsible for coordinating the depot's distribution activities, including receiving, loading, cleanliness, and fleet maintenance, reporting to facility leaders.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Shipping materials to customers.
2. Weekly receiving of cooking oil tanker trucks.
3. Executing daily Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures.
4. Compiling corporate return orders.
5. Monitoring warehouse inventories such as cooking oil and mechanical parts, and identifying needed items.
6. Maintaining fleet upkeep, including adhering to maintenance schedules, loading daily routes, and cleaning the facility.
7. Participating in safety initiatives for the facility.
8. Verifying delivery truck flow meters for accuracy and compliance, including calibration of new trucks and biannual checks.

Requirements & Competencies

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must be 21 years of age.
3. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet fleet safety requirements.
4. Ability to use a smartphone.
5. Capability to carry a minimum of 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
6. Organizational skills and ability to interpret documents.
7. Ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet.
8. Strong prioritization and customer service skills.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous warehouse experience.
2. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Location: Rochester, NY 14615

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation: $22.00/hour or $24.00/hour with CDL

Bonus Potential: Up to $4,000 annually, including a safety bonus of up to $1,000 per quarter.
