A global leader in engineered products is looking for a
Shipping & Receiving Associate
to join their team in Duncan, SC. In this role, you'll keep things moving - from checking in deliveries to sending out shipments - and play a key part in keeping their production team running smoothly. In addition to domestic shipping, this role also handles international shipments. That includes preparing proper documentation, working with freight forwarders, and making sure shipments meet customs requirements so they arrive on time. 1st Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
What You'll Do:
Check in and inspect deliveries, making sure everything matches the order. Get outgoing shipments ready: pack, label, and set up carrier pickups. Keep track of shipments, deliveries, and inventory in the system. Pitch in with assembly when shipping is slow. Handle international shipments, including paperwork and carrier requirements. Safely operate a forklift and assist with general warehouse work. What We're Looking For:
Experience in
International shipping & receiving
(packing, carriers, logistics). Understanding of taxes and tariffs. Comfortable working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 a plus) and inventory software. Forklift experience or certification preferred. Basic warehouse/manufacturing experience (assembly work is a plus). Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
