Job Description

Pride Health is hiring for an Administrative Assistant – Flu Clinic to support our client’s medical facility based in Boston, MA. This is a local contract / travel contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details

Position: Administrative Assistant – Flu Clinic

Location: Multiple on-site locations (no remote option)

Shift: Full-time, 40 hours / week

Schedule: Monday to Friday (with some weekend / holiday availability required)

Start Date:

  • Orientation: October 13 (1.5–2 hour session)
  • Start Dates: October 21 and October 22 (flexible depending on orientation)
  • Duration: 3–4 weeks, with potential for extension based on performance and staffing needs

Responsibilities

  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • On-site work (no remote option)
  • Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
  • Availability for potential weekend work (3 Saturday flu clinics – not all staff will be scheduled)
  • Flexibility to work Columbus Day if needed

Qualifications

  • Short-term assignment supporting flu season
  • Opportunity to extend based on performance

Additional Information

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • AM - 8hr
  • 40hr Days - Five 8hr shifts, 8a - 4:30p
  • Weekend Requirement: None
  • Job Duration: 13 weeks
  • Weekly Pay Range / Salary Range: $660-$760
  • Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
