This role involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The associate adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and is cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.

1. Model excellent customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of cleaning equipment.
4. Ensure organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards throughout the store, including sales floor, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
5. Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the lounge, restrooms, and front end.
6. Cross-train in other store areas such as backroom and front end.
7. Support front-end coverage needs as required.
8. Uphold merchandising and signage standards.
9. Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day.
10. Follow operational and loss prevention controls to reduce shrink and prevent theft.
11. Communicate effectively with management and team members.
12. Comply with labor laws and policies, including break and meal periods.
13. Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe work environment.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
