Plays a critical role in driving data-informed marketing decisions by leading the analysis, interpretation, and visualization of complex marketing data. The role reports to the Marketing Technology Director and is responsible for managing daily marketing intelligence activities, ensuring data accuracy, and uncovering insights that optimize marketing performance. By collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, identifies trends, measures marketing effectiveness, and provides strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced statistical analyses, develop insightful reports and dashboards using SQL, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, and information systems to ensure seamless data integration, reporting automation, and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to long-term marketing strategy by defining data requirements, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting the implementation of new technologies and automation processes.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and use mixed-method approaches to data analysis.
  • Write technical memos documenting data processing decisions and summarizing data quality.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into key insights for stakeholders.
  • Create, manage and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and enforcement of data infrastructure security and system policies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and uphold data governance best practices to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, education, social sciences, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

Must have 7 years of experience in marketing data analytics with healthcare experience preferred. Experience with CPD platforms, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Python and other data automation, integration and visualization technologies is strongly preferred.

Other Qualifications

Requires strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Ability to lead activities and collaborate effectively with other marketing/communications leaders. Ability to create, restructure, and manage large datasets, files, and systems.
