Overview

Kforce is seeking a Data Analyst 3 for a client in Atlanta, GA. This role involves data access, analysis, governance, and collaboration to ensure accurate data ingestion, reliable reporting, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Database Access & Management: Query and manage data from Snowflake, SQL Server, and other relational databases; integrate data from sources such as ServiceNow, SCCM, JAMF and Wiz into centralized views for analysis; maintain and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights; develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools; automate recurring reports and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Tool Integration & Governance: Collaborate with platform owners to ensure accurate data ingestion to and from Snowflake, ServiceNow, SCCM, JAMF and Wiz; reconcile discrepancies between system records and entitlement data; support audits and compliance initiatives by producing validated reports and documentation.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Provide guidance and direction regarding analytical approaches and methodologies; offer technical expertise and advice on analytical approaches and methodologies; identify opportunities for process and system improvements and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or a related area
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range reflects the range Kforce reasonably believes it would pay at posting for this role. Actual pay may be higher or lower based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life, disability & ADD insurance; paid time off for salaried employees; paid sick leave for eligible hourly employees on certain projects. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until earned and may be modified at Kforce's discretion.
