This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. This role involves being out on the open road and serving customers outside the office/store. A NAPA Delivery Driver is a great opportunity whether you are looking to pursue a long-term career as a Driver, want to explore other careers at NAPA, or earn additional income.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
• Staying consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries and building long-term relationships with customers
• Maintaining the delivery truck in good order, following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you'll need

• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves as needed, and the stamina to stand and walk for the shift and lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License

This position offers an hourly pay of $14.00. Many hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates; you can reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. Starting pay for other positions will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
