This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that embodies the NAPA brand ambassador role. If you enjoy being on the open road and serving customers outside the store, this position offers both field and customer-contact work. What you'll be doing

• Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain inventory
• Maintain safety focus while driving and delivering parts
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries and meet customers
• Build long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintain the delivery truck per safety checklists; keep the vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you'll need

• Agility to reach floor-level shelves and upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; ability to stand and walk for a full shift and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions and returns correctly
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
