Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Base Salary Range is $75K to $95K (based upon candidate and experience). 100% Paid Benefits; Four (4) Weeks’ Vacation; and Large Bonus Potential. Can go higher $$ for the right experience!

Solidly established Boutique Hedge Fund is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful individual with well-developed customer service skills to join its organization as a Receptionist.

Hours are Mon-Fri; 8am-5:30pm with flexibility to start earlier or stay later as needed. The office is in Midtown Manhattan in the 50’s.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of full-time experience in a professional office environment; finance experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Be able to follow existing processes closely and develop new efficiencies where applicable.
  • Have a strong service orientation with the ability to collaborate across the organization.
  • Have a positive attitude and a dedication to hard work.
  • Have a high degree of personal integrity and ethical standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and seat guests cordially.
  • Answer phone lines and overflow lines.
  • Manage office pantry, supplies, and facilities.
  • Coordinate conference room requests and confirmations.
  • Organize conference room and general office catering when needed.
  • Liaise with in-house chefs regarding weekly menu and special events.
  • Assist with audiovisual equipment for meetings with support from IT as needed.
  • Partner with other receptionist to provide coverage and backup support.
  • Miscellaneous duties or errands as assigned.
  • Process expense reports using Concur.
  • Collaborate effectively and form strong partnerships with the administrative team.

Note: Salary may go higher.
