Overview

Receptionist role at Southland Industries in Pflugerville, TX. We are seeking an out-going, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will own this role, have fun, and grow professionally and personally with support from the team.

What You’ll Do

• Front desk reception; greeting visitors, ordering and keeping track of supplies, handling mail and accepting deliveries.
• Assist with various projects and tasks to support a busy office; be the right hand for day-to-day activities.
• Answer client calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with office visits, activities and events.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Professional appearance and demeanor; friendly and outgoing – you’re the first person visitors see.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Willingness to learn new things with an emphasis on purchasing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• Strong personal character, integrity, judgment and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm and ability to empathize with needs of internal and external clients.
• Can-do attitude.
