Marketing Manager to act as the right-hand to the Head of Marketing—helping drive brand visibility, employee engagement, and business growth across multiple channels. In this role you’ll wear many hats across content, campaigns, and culture—becoming the go-to partner for the Head of Marketing and has the opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Content & Brand Management: Create engaging, high-impact content across social media, sales decks, case studies, newsletters, and campaigns—telling stories that resonate with clients, candidates, and employees. Maintain and evolve the brand voice, ensuring consistency, creativity, and professionalism. Collaborate with leadership to produce thought leadership blogs, articles, and presentations that position the company as an innovative industry leader. Manage creative projects from concept to completion, overseeing design execution and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Develop and manage integrated campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, paid ads, and email) that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and leads. Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and execute automated customer journeys, targeted email campaigns, and data-driven messaging. Partner with sales to align CRM data with marketing campaigns. Track and analyze performance with dashboards and reports, adjusting strategy to optimize ROI.
  • Recruitment Marketing & Employee Engagement: Partner with HR to create authentic employer branding and career content that conveys the employee experience. Design recruitment campaigns that attract top talent, including job postings, social spotlights, and career site content. Support employee engagement with internal newsletters, culture campaigns, recognition programs, and storytelling that highlights employee success.
  • Social Media & Online Presence: Own the social media calendar, plan and execute content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels with consistent tone and strategy. Engage with analytics, track what resonates, and refine content to build reach, followers, and engagement. Identify opportunities for brand visibility, including sponsorships, speaking engagements, or partnerships. Coordinate event logistics for tradeshows, sponsorships, client events, and conferences, ensuring brand consistency. Build relationships with associations and industry groups to increase visibility and brand equity.
  • Internal Communications: Craft clear, engaging internal messages that keep employees informed and connected to company goals. Support surveys and feedback programs to capture input and help shape future initiatives. Partner with leadership and department heads to align communication priorities and foster a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a multi-faceted role balancing strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
  • Strong background in multi-channel campaigns, digital strategy, and content creation.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
