About The Role
As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you are the primary owner of the end-to-end user experience across Blåkläder’s DTC website. You’ll elevate our digital presence and take ownership of traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer retention. You will balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, leading performance marketing, email campaigns, site optimization, and merchandising—ensuring a seamless and brand-aligned journey for our customers. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics: a strategic marketer who loves storytelling but also digs into data, optimizes the funnel, and asks commercial questions such as: How does this drive growth? How does it impact margin? You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, operations, and customer service to deliver campaigns and results. You will report directly to the President of Blåkläder North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow online sales by driving traffic, conversion, average order value, and repeat purchase.
- Lead digital campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid social, and search, ensuring strong ROI and engagement.
- Manage and optimize the site so that it is always fresh, relevant, and inspiring, with campaigns and content tailored to our target audiences.
- Personalize the customer journey by using insights and analytics to deliver relevant offers and content.
- Analyze performance using data and reporting tools to identify opportunities, test improvements, and share results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, design, operations, and customer service to deliver a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in DTC.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, social, paid media, and SEO.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience in A/B testing, CRO, and reporting.
- Creative and customer-focused, able to craft campaigns and content that engage target audiences.
