What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI.
• Develop and launch marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to plan and oversee SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Ensure the company website is optimized for user experience and lead conversion.
• Analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and identify new business opportunities.
• Increase brand awareness and market share through creative campaigns.
• Partner with sales and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage the marketing department’s budget effectively.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
• Stay ahead of marketing trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field).
• 3 years of marketing experience with a strong track record of success.
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, PPC, and keyword campaigns.
• Experience managing digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Bing, etc.).
• Proficiency with marketing automation software.
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and channels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
