Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI. Develop and launch marketing campaigns from concept through execution. Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to plan and oversee SEO and PPC campaigns. Ensure the company website is optimized for user experience and lead conversion. Analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and identify new business opportunities. Increase brand awareness and market share through creative campaigns. Partner with sales and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage the marketing departments budget effectively. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership. Stay ahead of marketing trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Marketing (or related field). 3 years of marketing experience with a strong track record of success. Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, PPC, and keyword campaigns. Experience managing digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Bing, etc.). Proficiency with marketing automation software. Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and channels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
