We’re partnering with a unicorn-stage AI company reshaping how essential industries—like housing and healthcare—operate through technology. With fresh funding ($250M Series E) and ambitious growth plans, the company is building a category-defining brand that requires standout storytelling. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help build and optimize the systems, processes, and insights that power a high-performing marketing organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reporting clarity, and seamless execution across channels—helping the broader team scale efficiently and make smarter decisions. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to drive pipeline growth, improve conversion, and maximize return on marketing investment.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in New York City. Candidates outside of commuting distance from NYC will unfortunately not be considered.

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing tools and processes to enable smooth campaign execution
  • Develop lead management workflows, including scoring, routing, and enrichment
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to track results across the funnel
  • Implement attribution strategies that highlight marketing’s contribution to revenue
  • Standardize campaign processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Support demand generation and account-based marketing efforts with advanced targeting and segmentation
  • Collaborate with Sales and other teams to align on goals, messaging, and measurement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing operations, revenue operations, or related experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, demand generation, and funnel management
  • Skilled in analytics and comfortable creating reports to inform decision-making
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about improving efficiency
  • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Ability to work on-site most of the week
