Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Human Resources Manager” to support our HR functions and support strategic initiatives that align with our company’s goals. This role will support all aspects of HR, including internal process improvement, employee relations, immigration support, and benefits, while also spearheading efforts to enhance our culture, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record for implementing HR initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Works to optimize existing systems and processes and improve automation through system integration and introduction of AI tools.
  • Benefits Management: Supporting employee enrollment and understanding of benefit offerings. Works with benefits brokers to implement new products based on employee feedback.
  • Employee Relations: Supporting teams to improve employee engagement and retention, establish communication channels for keeping employees informed, and address concerns to maintain a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Immigration Support: Collaborate with leadership and employees to support company needs regarding immigration tracking, compliance and communication.
  • Organizational Development (OD): Implement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture, conduct assessments for improvement, facilitate leadership development and team building, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, execute initiatives to enhance employee productivity, and stay updated on industry trends to remain competitive in talent management.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track HR metrics to measure initiative effectiveness, and provide leadership with regular reports on employee satisfaction, retention, and performance outcomes.
  • Culture: Collaborate with various workgroups to enhance culture and employee engagement with a focus on field-based employee experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Process Design and Implementation.
  • Proficient in synthesizing complex ideas and information to develop organizational objectives and solutions.
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
