Fintech BA/PM

Responsibilities

• Overall IB and BA experience between 15+ years


• Ability to work directly with Senior Managers to get into details as needed


• Has deep experience as an Analyst in Fintech


• Maintain the book of work, cover project delivery and non-project items such as town halls coordination etc.


• Solid functional knowledge, logical thinking, ability to evaluate the impact to the system due to proposed changes


• Knowledge of trade life cycle and strong exposure to at least 2 asset classes - Equity, Fixed income, derivatives products – future, forwards, option, swaps


• Strong technical knowledge – SQL and DB query tools


• Good knowledge on data analysis


• Should be well versed with BA practices


• Excellent communication skills – spoken, written


• Ability to handle multiple users/stakeholders

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill


• Organized and structured


• Very detail oriented and diligent


• Outstanding Excel, PowerPoint skills

Compensation

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 a year
