Skill: Business Analyst with Project Manager Experience

  • We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in the Global Markets domain to support development teams in delivering high-impact solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trading systems and business workflows, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.
  • This position requires strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and a proactive approach to managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Domain Expertise:
  • Solid understanding of equity trading and experience with equity swaps.
  • Prior experience working with Global Market domain projects is required.
Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence for documentation and tracking.
Core Functional Skills:
  • Must have Project Management Experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across business, operations, and development teams.
  • Capable of managing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies as needed.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Provide end-to-end visibility into the delivery of solutions, ensuring business value is realized.
Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
