Role

This is a temporary hybrid role for a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst based in the Danbury, CT area, remote with periodic face to face sessions. The Business Analyst/Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for our current and future offerings. Daily tasks include liaising with stakeholders, defining and validating business needs, and ensuring systems align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience in AI tools and techniques is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
