We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Armys Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft. These positions are onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities

The Electronic System Design & Integration Engineers are responsible for validating and integrating the multiple software applications across the FLRAA platform to achieve an aircraft level function. This position requires a broad background in Software Systems across all Vehicle Management and Mission Systems. Decomposition and validation of requirements into multiple Systems/Sub-systems for functional thread correctness and completeness Responsible for multiple Aircraft functions/threads and integrating them into the design across all levels of decomposition Ensure IMS & ADO Dependencies/Linkages exist between IPTs to support the Aircraft thread development Modeling and traceability of Aircraft threads into CAMEO tool Facilitate architecture decisions and interface evaluations using modeling tools Validation and Verification tracing into the model and test ownership assigned Create efficiencies for development and test of systems / software by running programmatic reporting of the integration of Aircraft Capabilities Participate in the solution and validate the requirement decomposition in software for Aircraft threads owned Conduct Integration analysis at the SIL and Aircraft level of latency, timing, data flow, bus loading, event sequencing, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve system integration/verification issues. Coordinate with Internal and External IPTs, suppliers, and peers to generate and execute projects/design plans and reviews. Ensure Safety and Cyber Involvement in Architecture develop and refinement in the Aircraft threads Manage and coordinate issues, problem reports and change requests to closure. Coordinate design changes and deliveries with Safety, Security and Certification organizations. Ensure timely delivery of systems data, systems requirements, integrated validation/verification activities, and issue resolution. Skills You Bring To this Role

Experienced in developing, integrating, and testing Systems/Sub-systems on an aircraft Proficient System Integration Engineer, System of Systems (SoS) competen t ARP4754A & DO-297 knowledgeable creating, validating, and verifying requirements following a rigorous process System/Sub-System architects that understand redundancy, independence, criticalities, systems separation and dependencies of functions Leadership skills across multiple functions, IPTs and support organizations Aircraft integrator who understands data flow and allocation across multiple design functions Knowledgeable DO-178C and DO-254 execution

(greatly desired) Experience with MOSA and Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) is a plus Able to communicate directly with senior leadership inside and outside the company. Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Mechanical or Other Engineering degrees may be considered with applicable experience.
