Senior HRM Programmer Analyst
CGI is seeking a Senior HRM Programmer Analyst with expertise in CGI Advantage ERP, specifically the Human Resource Management (HRM) module to join our team! You will be supporting our CGI Advanced enterprise resource planning solution. This position is located at the client site in Juneau, Alaska however a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities include: Lead the design and development of solutions in CGI Advantage HRM Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and batch processes using Advantage tools and technologies Perform system configurations, data migrations, and upgrades Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to HRM functionality Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and performance standards Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities, e.g., time entry and payroll operations Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: 5+ years of Programmer Analyst experience with CGI Advantage ERP, with a focus on HRM Strong skills in Advantage Workflow, Advantage Script, SQL, XML, and Java Experience with public sector HR systems and business processes Familiarity with databases and technical environment set up Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Effective client relationship skills Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CGI Advantage version 3.11 or later Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and personnel administration modules Prior experience working with state or local government agencies Agile development experience and familiarity with DevOps practices CGI's benefits are offered to eligible professionals on their first day of employment to include: Competitive compensation Comprehensive insurance options Matching contributions through the 401(k) plan and the share purchase plan Paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick time Paid parental leave Learning opportunities and tuition assistance Wellness and Well-being programs Skills: Adv HRM - Payroll, Advantage HRM, Java, SQL, XML What you can expect from us: Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging.
