We are seeking a Senior Security Manager (SSL) to lead and oversee security operations for a key client in Seattle, WA area. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring full contract compliance, driving operational performance, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts, mentoring subordinate managers, and cultivating a strong culture of service excellence and accountability. This individual will serve as the primary liaison with the client, maintaining and enhancing trusted relationships through consistent communication and operational transparency. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day security operations to meet all contractual obligations and service quality standards. Lead, coach, and develop a team of security managers and supervisors; drive operational improvements and innovation to enhance effectiveness and client satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and partner with HR, Training, and Compliance to align with corporate standards. Develop and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational goals. Provide regular updates to senior leadership using tools like Salesforce and metrics reports. Collaborate with functional departments to meet business objectives; participate in company and client initiatives, committees, and task forces. Serve as a liaison between Securitas and client representatives; maintain trusted relationships through communication and transparency. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field is required. 4-6 years of professional experience. 5-7 years of law enforcement and/or military experience is required. Aviation compliance experience is a plus. Experience in security operations or scheduling is a plus. Current driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service orientation with effective problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, HRIS platforms, and SmartSheet. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to hire, develop, motivate, and retain staff. Availability to respond to emergencies outside normal working hours. Benefits
