As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be part of the IT department supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

65.00-72.00
Responsibilities
Lead the design and optimization of the enterprise ServiceNow platform to meet organizational goals
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions
Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives
Design solutions that promote seamless system integration and data flow across departments
Implement governance practices to ensure platform compliance and manage risks effectively
Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture
Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting (client/server), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and EA
Relevant certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, EA) are preferred
Solid grasp of ITIL and enterprise architecture principles
