Senior Manager, IT Identity & Access (IAM/IGA)

This role involves leading the Saviynt-based enterprise identity and access management program, governance, compliance, and automation across the global infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT Security, HR and business units to implement role-based access controls, automate provisioning, and drive regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, implementation and ongoing management of the Saviynt IAM/IGA platform. Define and manage identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, role management and policy enforcement. Design and implement access request workflows, SOD policies and automated access reviews. Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Compliance and business functions to ensure appropriate RBAC and policy alignment. Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications and systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow and on-premises systems). Monitor platform performance, usage metrics and generate reports to support audits and compliance initiatives. Lead a team of IAM engineers and analysts; coordinate with vendors, system integrators and support providers as needed. Perform other relevant tasks as directed by management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA with 2+ years focused on Saviynt platform architecture and administration. Proven experience deploying and maintaining Saviynt EIC, including configurations, connector setup, role modeling, access certification campaigns and SOD policies. Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, governance, compliance and IAM protocols. Excellent leadership and cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have
Saviynt certifications (e.g., Saviynt Certified Implementation Specialist); CISSP or CISM preferred. Experience with cloud IAM environments (Azure AD, on-prem applications). Location
Chicago (Aon Center) or Toronto (Queen’s Quay). Compensation & Benefits
New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. Benefits begin 30 days after hire for hourly employees, and immediately upon hire for salaried employees. Wellbeing & Perks
