Workday Integration Lead in Boston (3 days onsite). Duration: 12+ months.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage integrations between Workday modules (Finance, HCM, Payroll) and other enterprise systems. Serve as a player-coach on the Workday Integration team. Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable, efficient, and secure integration solutions. Support cross-functional teams during implementation and ongoing operations; ensure data integrity and seamless data flow. Occasional availability outside traditional hours to address urgent needs (security incidents, deployments, issues). Hybrid work model: in-office a minimum of three days per week to facilitate collaboration. Flexibility to perform duties beyond primary responsibilities to support evolving business needs. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience with ERP system implementations, with at least 3 years specializing in Workday Finance and/or Payroll integrations. Demonstrated expertise with Workday integration tools including Integration Cloud, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PICOF. Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and its integration with core Workday Finance modules. Strong understanding of financial, HCM, and payroll business processes including AP/AR, GL, banking, tax filing, benefits, and compensation. Compensation
