The Human Resources Business Partner will lead and manage the daily functions of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. This individual will act as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource to employees across all levels. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and culture. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and develop employee wellness initiatives. Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution. Establish and manage performance review processes and support professional development programs. Responsible for building, creating, overseeing employee engagement programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation (HRIS, personnel files, etc.). Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Help to build the culture of the business alongside the leadership team. Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, fostering transparent and open communication. Collaborate with leadership on company policies, procedures, and employee engagement strategies. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). 3 - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is a plus. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Prestige PEO, JazzHR etc.). Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated success in creating inclusive and engaging workplace environments. Benefits
