Manage single-plaintiff FEHA cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs. Conduct thorough legal research and produce high-quality written deliverables. Represent the law firm’s clients primarily in state court, with some federal court involvement. Address occasional wage and hour issues related to FEHA cases. Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel to resolve disputes. Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Qualifications
Active California Bar license required. Experience in employment litigation, with a focus on FEHA cases. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong academic credentials. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with the team. Familiarity with federal employment laws is advantageous but not required. Details
Location: California - Remote flexibility offered, but must be local to CA, with occasional in-office appearances in Irvine, Los Angeles, Ontario, Oxnard, San Francisco, Fresno, Sacramento, Carlsbad, San Diego, Walnut Creek. Compensation: Base salary of $130,000 - $195,000 (commensurate with experience), plus bonus. Billing / hours: 1900.
