Urgently hiring Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with experience in patent and/or trade secret litigation to join the Firm’s IP practice in Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC. Base pay range: $260,000.00/yr - $310,000.00/yr Overview

The Firm has more than 500 lawyers and professional staff across offices in multiple cities. Responsibilities
Join the IP practice group in Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC as a 3rd to 4th year associate with experience in patent and/or trade secret litigation. Assume immediate responsibility and contribute to high-stakes cases as part of a collaborative team. Draft, analyze, and argue matters with strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Qualifications
Admission to the Washington, DC, Illinois, or New York Bar (depending on office location), active and in good standing. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Registration to practice before the USPTO strongly preferred. Advanced science or technical degree, industry experience, and computer programming skills are a plus. Strong writing abilities, analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-stakes matters. Application Instructions
