Overview
Client Advisory Manager – Multi Family Office - Dallas, Texas, USA. I am working with a highly personalised, multi-family office serving UHNW families with a broad array of integrated services, ranging from investment and estate planning to banking, trust, and philanthropy. Job Objective The Client Advisory Manager will be responsible for managing client engagements, with a strong emphasis on managing the flow of all projects for assigned clients through to successful completion. The position involves overseeing, preparing, analysing, and providing advice to wealthy families on all aspects of personal financial planning, including but not limited to investments, estate planning, tax planning, debt management, and insurance. Responsibilities
Responsible for gathering all information for client financial matters Research on investment ideas and wealth management strategies Assessing financial decisions and situations and thinking creatively of logical plans to evaluate the client’s options and put together a quantitative and qualitative analysis Preparation of financial reports and presentations for clients Coordination and execution of investment strategies Attending client meetings and providing input in these meetings, talking to clients on the phone, and coordinating most of the work and communication with the client’s outside advisors (CPAs, Attorneys, etc.) Ensure that all work products presented are timely, accurate and well thought out Delegate tasks and manage Analysts and Senior Analysts, and communicate the status of projects to them and the rest of the Client Advisory Team Mentor analysts and senior analysts by training, teaching and developing their careers at the firm Continue to establish your business networks and build business development skills Requirements
5-10 years’ of work experience which is industry related CFP program completed or in progress; IMCA, CPWA, CPA, CFA or JD designation a plus Strong understanding of wealth management process Asset allocation and application to each client’s goals Performance reporting and how to interpret numbers Estate planning and estate reduction strategies Strong financial and analytical skills and understanding of basic financial concepts Desire to learn and grow professionally in the personal wealth management business Seniority level
