Position Summary: The Senior Wealth Advisor plays a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships, delivering comprehensive wealth management strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients. This individual will lead financial planning efforts, oversee investment strategy implementation, and collaborate with internal and external professionals to address complex financial needs. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead advisor for a select group of UHNW clients, providing holistic financial guidance. Develop and implement customized financial plans addressing investment management, estate planning, tax optimization, philanthropy, and legacy planning. Build deep, long-term relationships with clients and their families, often across multiple generations. Collaborate with internal investment, planning, and client service teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies. Identify opportunities for new business development through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships. Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial planning innovations. Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership forums. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, CFP, CFA) preferred. Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in wealth management or private banking, with a focus on UHNW clients. Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. Deep understanding of investment strategies, estate planning, tax structures, and philanthropic vehicles. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to lead client meetings and coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals. Seniority level
