About the Company : Our client is in on a mission to revolutionise customer success, and they're looking for talented BDRs to be early members of their new team in LA You'd be joining a fast growing Series A ($50M from sprints capital), HQ'd in Stockholm (Sweden) that's already over $30M in ARR and 175+ people as they set up their team in LA. CEO (co-founder) and VP Sales for your division will be in region, along with Strategic AEs, so you'll work closely with the best in their office in Malibu. About the Role : You are someone who will identify, approach, and nurture prospective customers, setting them up for long-term success. Primarily working an outbound motion, you will create a personalised and seamless process, from initial awareness through to discovery call with Account Executive team. Progression to AE? This company is growing fast, and they want to reward BDRs who come in, take responsibility and help them win. There is a clearly set out path and set of achievements for BDRs who want to make the step up to AE. Responsibilities : Outbound focus: Identifying prospects and conducting outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn Building strong relationships with Customer Success leaders across the USA and beyond Qualifying, then prioritizing the needs and aspirations of executives across different industries, seniority levels, and company sizes Laying the groundwork for customer discovery calls for Account Executives with prospects (SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise) across North America Experience & Attitude: A proven track record of at least 12 months in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or talent acquisition A strong academic background, and standout extracurricular achievements, such as NCAA D1 sports are a bonus. A desire to take on a bigger challenge, and a 'no excuses' mindset Required Skills : Curiosity: Always learning, and learning quickly - whether it's about new prospects, product, technology, client success, or the sales process. Be open to, and thrive on feedback. Perceptive and focused: Alert to what people say. A knack for asking the right questions, and listening intently. Create relationships, and deals that last. In Office role: Office based role, in Malibu Pay range and compensation package : $85K OTE - $55k base and $30k variable.
