Position Overview: BuildASign is seeking a driven and strategic BDR Manager to lead our Business Development Representative team within the Enterprise Account Sales (EAS) division. This person will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our BDR program, including GTM strategy, campaign execution, and pipeline development. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience managing BDRs, is comfortable using data to drive action, and is fluent in HubSpot or similar CRMs. They should also be ready to roll up their sleeves and act as a player-coach—personally supporting outreach and lead generation for our largest, most strategic opportunities until the team and processes are mature enough to independently support enterprise acquisition efforts. The BDR team’s initial focus will be converting high-intent BuildASign business buyers into long-term corporate customers, along with campaign execution to support buyer reactivation, product launches, and account expansion. Responsibilities:Team

Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of 3–4 BDRs (with future headcount growth tied to program success).

Set clear KPIs and expectations; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, learning, and results.

Act as a player-coach by personally driving outreach and qualification efforts for key enterprise prospects while mentoring the team on best practices.

Program Strategy & Execution

Own the end-to-end execution of the BDR program, including workflows, lead scoring, cadences, and campaign design.

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and RevOps to drive alignment across the funnel.

Develop repeatable, scalable outreach strategies for campaigns such as: Converting BuildASign business buyers into Corporate accounts

Reactivating lapsed buyers

Supporting new client launches

Promoting seasonal and vertical-specific initiatives

Revenue Focus & Pipeline Development

Build and manage top-of-funnel pipeline in support of Account Executives and Account Managers.

Qualify and route leads effectively to maximize conversion and ROI.

Regularly report on key metrics: meetings booked, lead quality, conversion rates, campaign performance.

CRM & Tech Stack Optimization

Champion the effective use of HubSpot (or similar CRM) for lead management, reporting, and process automation.

Maintain data hygiene and CRM accuracy across the BDR team.

Collaborate with Sales Ops to identify and implement tooling improvements.

To be successful in this role:

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Proven ability to build GTM plans and execute structured outbound and nurture programs.

A “nose for revenue” — ability to prioritize high-potential leads and guide the team to do the same.

Comfortable working with data and drawing actionable insights.

Proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent CRMs, and outreach tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing a BDR team, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment

5+ years overall experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or demand generation roles.

Proven track record of scaling BDR programs and driving qualified pipeline.

Experience in franchise, real estate, or mid-market B2B sectors preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Must reside in Texas and be available for in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
