Role Overview
We're looking for a contract
Copywriter
to support the execution of high-volume digital content. This role is critical in helping us maintain clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency across hundreds of product detail pages (PDPs), multiple brand pages, socials, and other digital content, working alongside designers, writers, and content stakeholders.
As Copywriter, you'll be responsible for ensuring grammatical precision, voice and tone alignment, formatting consistency, and compliance with product-level and regulatory content standards.
What You'll Do
Write, edit, and organize product-level content for hundreds of consumer details across multiple brands
Collaborate with brand and product stakeholders to validate and translate source content into public-facing copy
Review and refine voice, tone, and messaging across templates and product categories
Coordinate and maintain consistency across global content systems (ingredients, claims, taglines, SEO, etc.)
Support the design team with clear, accurate, and scalable copy assets for handoff and implementation
Develop strategic messaging and campaign copy for Nextpoint and client brand initiatives
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and strategists on multi-channel storytelling, including contributions to social content, case studies, proposals, and marketing assets.
Help shape our internal content playbooks and documentation systems
Support new business development efforts through pitch content, outreach copy, and sales enablement
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or editorial roles (agency or client-side)
Skilled at translating complex information into clear, compelling language
A strong editorial eye, with experience writing across tones and formats (marketing, technical, product, social)
Able to work in structured systems and write within templates or data frameworks
Comfortable collaborating across functions and communicating with clients and stakeholders
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume content in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: experience in consumer products, boating, wellness, skincare, nutrition, or other product-related marketing.
