SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to join our content and creative marketing team. This part-time contractor role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with at least five years of writing and editing experience. The Copywriter will be responsible for producing compelling, accurate, and engaging content that strengthens brand messaging across multiple digital channels, including websites, email campaigns, SEO pages, product descriptions, and marketing collateral.

DUTIES: Write and edit high-quality copy for web pages, landing pages, product pages, blog posts, and email campaigns. Seamlessly integrate SEO best practices, content strategy, and audience insights into all deliverables. Translate complex energy and sustainability topics into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences. Collaborate with marketing managers, subject matter experts, and designers to align content with strategic goals. Peer-review and edit copy created by other team members, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and voice. Maintain editorial governance to uphold brand standards, messaging, and compliance requirements. Structure content feedback for audience engagement, voice alignment, and conversion optimization. REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of professional writing and editing experience, with a proven portfolio. Strong command of the English language, with the ability to adjust tone for various audiences. Experience writing for both technical and consumer audiences. Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital strategy. Excellent research skills to quickly grasp complex subject matter. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field required.
