We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the real estate process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of real estate law Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends. Prepare and present property listings to prospective buyers or tenants. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain an organized database of property listings and client information. Stay informed about local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations. Collaborate with property management teams to ensure client satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in commercial real estate or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of real estate law is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated customer service excellence.
